Zarudny's worm lizard (Diplometopon zarudnyi) is a species of amphisbaenian, which are a group of legless lizards. They measure approximately 30 cm (12 in) in total length.Because they have no limbs, they use body undulations similar to a snake to move itself along.They have very limited vision. As a fossorial species these reptiles prefer to live/dig in desert sand in which they hunt for beetles, larvae etc. Zarudny's worm lizard is found in the middle east. They are feeding on small crickets, worms and canned cat food
